The tacos were delicious! I had the chicken and pastor. The pastor was my favorite but both were good. The mezcalina with passion fruit was good too!

Delicious food and drinks, and amazing service! I tried all three veg taco options as well as the non-alcoholic margarita and loved them all. Will come again ?

Hugo is an amazing host. We ordered tacos, quesadillas, and Pina Colada. The food was really nice. Had a pretty nice time here. Loved the ambience inside.

At 8 pesos for a taco (slightly on the smaller side), you can't go wrong. The flavour is excellent, service was kind, and the value is tough to beat. We'll be back!

Excellent tacos and super service

In my opinion, the food reviews are about what particularly one is looking for regarding the food taste, the place where the food is served and the service. This taqueria is nothing fancy - on contrary, it’s a tent near the street and the atmosphere is just like that. But the food - amazingly delicious!They serve tacos (or taquitos) with several different meets, as well as tortas. We ate tacos and they were very tasty, fresh as they could be since they were made right on the spot, affront of us. We kept ordering taco after taco, probably ate more than we should, but we couldn't resist since they were just so delicious.One taco, which comes with two tortilla (about 3" in diameter), was 8 pesos, and sodas were 12 pesos. The six of us ate 30 tacos and paid 240 pesos, or about $14 with today's exchange rate. For six people!Therefore, Taqueria Los Chilanquitos is a typical, local, very affordable, authentic Mexican taco place that serves truly delicious food. The location and appearance are probably not good by many foreign standards, but typical for a local Mexican, family owned taco place. For that reasons, I believe it should be rated as such, hence the 5 stars.

This is a great spot for Tacos and drinks we 2 for 1 mescalinas they were awesome and the suadero and champecheano Taco they were the bomb but the best part was our server Evin he was so attentive friendly and great atmosphere ?
