We came here on New Years and weee impressed with the al pastor and prices. Order the five taco plate. The pineapple is so sweet and the guac is amazing as well.
I ran into a Mexican-Ameican couple from Michigan who reccommended this place having dined there numerous times on their honeymoon in Holbox. I had arrenchera beef tacos, and on a second visit, the pork chop dinner. $150 pesos for pork chop dinner (about $9 US) and another $2 for a coke. I could not eat all the food as the portions were generous. If you'd like a reliable and satisfying meal at a reasonable and fair price, this is the place! The servers are friendly too!
Ordered the poblano Chile Relleno, received a burrito instead . Tried to charge us for the burrito. When I asked to speak to the manager no one showed up . We didn’t pay for the burritos since it was not what we ordered. Furthermore service was horrible and food was not that good . NEVER AGAIN WHEN WE COME BACK .

If you want real Mexican tacos and service, this is the place! Jaziel our waiter was quick and efficient for whatever we needed. We got guacamole, tacos al pastor and a gringa.. wow! So good!!! We took Ruta 1 bus from the hotel zone to get here, so easy! Anyways, do not miss this spot, it was amazing!
I make a habit to ask my drivers where they like to eat, and why. This was recommended, and I finally got over here for some chilaquiles. This is exactly the kind of place I like to eat when I'm traveling. Friendly people, great food, large portions, great prices. I was a little surprised that credit card was offered as an option, so I saved my cash for other places where it isn't. I'll be back in two weeks for another 9 day visit, this will likely be a primary go-to spot for me and my wife to eat!
Flavorless meat, charro beans, nothing to do with it, average price, in general they lack seasoning and improve the quality of their products.

Excellent food and service at El Poblano. We had the Chorizo and Arrachera plates to make our own tacos. The Arrachera and Chorizo were flavorful and tender. Lalo our server provided excellent service.

We were disappointed today….we were excited to visit as we had heard good things; perhaps it was the large diesel bus parked within 20’ of the tables, running for the one hour we were there; it could have been the street dust on the table; or perhaps the aracherra tacos that were far too salty to consume. We did order a pastor taco to try and compensate, but again too salty. The beer was cold but would not entice us back. We love to support local eateries especially on the Colonia side, but this is not the one.
Stopped in on a whim and was pleasantly surprised with the service and food quality. The portions were huge and favourable and the wait staff are attentive. Since my first visit I have returned and have not been disappointed some of the most authentic food I have had in the last 8 weeks here in Mexico
very attentive service personnel and just delicious food went there twice already and have not been disappointed try the cocktails too!
Just a fun good vibe spot to sit outside, music playing..16 oz margaritas, good fajitas, and a tradirional slow cooked meat called molcajete, very good!
