9 AM and still closed
It seems that rudeness and lousy customer service is the main and characteristic hallmark of Tere Cazola, in ALL its branches, and its smallest product without quality control. Too bad, before it was an excellent product with excellent staff. If I could give it fewer stars, I would gladly do so.
The Cancun airport service is lousy, the girls are pathetic. People ask for work and when they have it, they do it reluctantly.
Yesterday I bought cheese balls here and today opening the box we took one that was already bitten... it was a very unpleasant surprise so now I'm going to have to check them when buying them. Be careful with this.
TERRIBLE service, they serve you very reluctantly, I requested my invoice from Ms. Brenda Jacquelin Morales Absalon and with gestures of disgust she did it, the invoice had several errors, with incredible spelling mistakes and it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact them to request your invoice.
