This bakery is horrible! We purchased a cake from our resort and was told they are ordering from this company. We explained what we wanted and expected to get what we asked for. When we received the cake, it was dropped and it looked like a store bought cake. They charged us $33.00 for a cake that is worth $5.00! They definitely take advantage of foreigners when you are in Cancun. No apologies, no refund. I suggest not purchasing anything from this bakery.

The cake was beautiful. The taste was very good, it was for my daughter's 3 year old party. It is the second year that we have ordered from this bakery, since they have made the designs we asked for without any problems. We were very satisfied. The guests were delighted, my daughter even more so!
