I have visited it on several occasions and had no complaints, good service and good food. August 15, 2024, we arrived at 930pm, the Hostess greeted us with a not at all pleasant face and told us; "In 10 minutes we close the kitchen and the Restaurant," he almost ran us off. Obviously we chose to leave. I think they should have someone nicer than Hostess.

I asked for a splenda or sugar substitute and they don't have it, they don't have cappuccino (even though it appears on their menu), hot milk, it took 30 minutes to bring it, TERRIBLE attention.

I was having breakfast on June 16 at 10:00 am, I ordered a hot chocolate and a macacado which took a while to serve me, I asked them to bring me a Ligth coke and the waitress told me that she was going to check it to see if they had it, I was almost finishing breakfast and they never brought me the soft drink, so I spoke to the manager quite upset and he just told me
He said there was no need to just coke zero!!
He did not apologize for the inconvenience and when I asked for the bill the waitress told me that she had told her colleague to give me the answer which never came to me, she
I mentioned that they didn't like serving people and they said SORRY, ma'am!! Don't tip and pay with TC
I wouldn't go back to that place, terrible service!!!

Terrible service!! They don't serve you, the waiters pass slowly, they never approach or turn around at the table and you almost have to beg them to serve you. And the place is almost empty. You ask them something about the menu and they almost run away. They think you have all the time in the world when you're waiting for a flight.

The breakfasts taste very bad, I honestly don't know how they can sell such bad food. The worst wrap of my life. If you like to drink disgusting coffee you can get it here too. Better go to Guacamole or Johnny Rockets. Also, the waiters are rude and rude, my first bad review was posted here.

The place is nice, it is appreciated that you can connect your electronic devices under the cabinets, the service is good but could be friendlier, the food is good although it is not wonderful, I ordered a burger with bacon and I can say that the Old timer with cheese from Chili's is superior in flavor and price.

Loud and crowded, food was overpriced, appetizers were good but they did not offer free drinking water! Hard to believe that a large chain American restaurant would not have free safe drinking water for their customers' buying an overpriced meal! They insisted that you buy their overpriced bottled water!

Probably the best place that we have eaten while at the Cancun Airport, however that does not make it good, it's just OK.The food was fine, it's a TGI Friday's in an airport, the bar was very low, and it met the bar, tho just barely in a few places such as the appetizers, which were edible, but not good. The service was OK. But slow at times considering they seemed to have about twice the amount of staff needed for the current volume, and it was hard to get their attention still.Atmosphere, well it's a TGI Friday's in an airport, it could be worse, but it was tolerable and a not bad spot to hang out and wait for our plane. It's expensive, probably one of the most expensive meals we had in Cancun. But it's in line with American airport prices, so *shrug*.

My husband and I usually stop here for food and drinks while waiting for our return flight back home. This particular restaurant is always incredibly busy and therefore on the loud side. As soon as we were seated we were greeted by a server who took our food and drink orders. The bar seems to take a while longer because of all of the guests meeting drinks. Their margaritas are very tasty. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip which is very good and served with pita chips. We ordered the chicken wings for the first time and the sauce was incredible! I am originally from Buffalo and know Good wing sauce. The wings were a little on the smaller side and were the flat part of the wing. The prices are high but they are to be expected as prices in all airport restaurants are high.
