“This is a Thai Indian mixed restaurant. The Menue is marked to show what are the Thai dishes and what are the indian dishes. Make sure to mention the hotel you are staying at, because you could get a discount or a free drink.
The atmosphere is amazing. We went during sunset and got seated by the water- which was stunning. No dress code. We liked the Indian food a little more than the Thai. I would put a $$ or $$$ for the prices. I think it is worth the experience.“

“Good food with Live Music by the beach!
We came to this restaurant couple of years ago and really liked it. We made a trip just to go eat there again even tho we weren't staying at that hotel. The restaurant used to be in the Marriott, now it moved to the JW Marriott. I personally liked the ambiance of the old location better. The food was good, it used to be better and more presentable. One of the plates we tried was the Satay assortment, and the chicken satay was the best, I would recommend!“

“Beautiful ambience, very friendly and competent wait staff, intriguing East Asian food with Mexican influences, beautifully presented. A delight. Mind the mosquitoes on the terrace at night. The restaurant provides its own all-natural insect repellent for diners, but the odd insect might still come to bite you.“

“One of my favorite restaurants at Live Aqua. Thai inspired cuisine. Employees are amazing. They are very kind, happy, and welcoming. They were a joy to converse with, as we dined here several times.
The hot spicy fried noodles were great with your choice of chicken, beef, or shrimp (or any combination of the three). The Mango Thai Fish was also excellent.
Our favorite was using our room credit to purchase the Lobster Shrimp Sushi. So delicious! Perfect light breading that was fried perfectly. Not oily and not to crunchy or thick. The sushi pieces are big, almost too much to get in your mouth.
The desserts are excellent as well. Can’t go wrong with the Matcha Green Tea Cake. Perfectly sized for the end of the meal.“

“The food was good, however, way over priced in my opinion, there was only 5 pieces of chicken in the sweet and sour chicken dinner. But the vegetables seemed fresh and the flavor was excellent. The service was great, nothing over the top but it was good.
My one suggestion, the music was way too loud and wasn’t the genre of music to fit the atmosphere of the restaurant.“

“This little restaurant might be hard to find and the parking somewhat limited, but it is absolutely worth searching out.
We've tried all the other Thai restaurants in the area and Dokbua is, by far, the very best. Don't bother with the others. The food is excellent, service and presentation outstanding and the Thai garden is pristine; something directly from Thailand.
I don't get to eat Thai cuisine often enough, so I never tire of my favorites; Pad Thai, Massaman Curry, Kao Phat, spring rolls... they all bring back memories of living in Thailand. I hope to return to Dokbua often enough to tire of my favorites and to try their other menu items.
My entire family loves this place.... we'll be back. ...and thanks to Cynthia, our excellent server who made us feel like home.
Vegetarian options: Many meals are offered with vegan choices.
Parking: Parking in front of the restaurant. Not a lot and not paved.
Wheelchair accessibility: All on 1 floor without stairs.“
