Outstanding food. This is the second time I've experienced a Wolfgang Puck restaurant in an airport and I'm certainly a fan. A little on the pricey side but the food really delivers in my opinion. I had the fish and chips and absolutely loved it. No critique. Quick and friendly service as well and a nice atmosphere as far as airport restaurants go.

$32 USD for 2 plain bagels and 2 small lattes. I know airport food is generally upcharged, but the entire cancun airport really takes that to a new level. It's a joke. Eat before you go to the airport if you don't want to spend the same amount of money on mediocre gas station food that you would at a nice sit down restaurant.

We paid $70 CAD for 2 hamburgers and no drinks. Outrageous considering that minimum wage in Mexico is under $2 US per hour. The burgers were cold, huge and tasteless, Not gourmet.We were unable to finish both the burgers and had to through it out.Mexico was a total rip off! It doesn't matter how much money you have, getting ripped off and lied to is a terrible feeling.Visitors/Customers be aware of outrages prices and over charge when visiting.

Picked up two to-go sandwiches for our long flight home. Nicely made with tasty ingredients. Much better than airplane food.

UNBELIEVABLE! DISGUSTING! A LADYBUG IN MY CESAR SALAD!!! Unbelievable. We ate at the restaurant, and decided to purchase a salad, a wrap and some snacks in the to-go section of the restaurant. When I was eating the salad, I saw a LIVE LADYBUG crawling on the leaves. Wow, for the price and supposed “quality” I was not expecting to find an INSECT IN MY FOOD. I am outraged with this terrible experience which should reflect in the restaurant. At least have the decency to wash what you serve customers. I am shocked and horrified by my experience. The outrageous claims of Wolfgang Puck’s restaurant being on vogue and he’s a celebrity chef makes this incident all the more upsetting. No customer should have to experience this.

We visit this morning for coffee time and have some sendwich .I never had so bad coffee on my life !!!! Really terrible .If u like enjoy your time , visit another place .Sendwich was just oki , it was a mayo inside and then make warm for us ? hoply we will havent a trouble

Amazing amazing amazing. I had the chicken Cesar salad and although it wasn't a traditional chicken Cesar recipe, it was easily the most phenomenal salad I've ever had, and made fresh to order. Thank you!

I stopped here and order their steak sandwich with a salad and generous portion of freshly sliced avocado. The lower portion of bread immediately fell apart and the peppers where too thick but sandwich itself tasted good.
We were in Cancun airport Saturday Dec 4, 2021 returning home, and decided to pickup some sandwiches for the flight home. as I was getting ready to pay for everything I was watching a female employee through the door in the kitchen making subs. She had a bunch of bacon strips in on hand and dropped on on the floor, she bent down to pick it up, and I assumed she was going to throw it in the garbage, but instead she put it on one of the subs she was making. I told the cashier i didn't want the food I was purchasing and explained what I just saw. They just appeared surprised but I don't think anything was done about it.

Horrible attention, a long time to deliver a coffee, they do not have the oven on (for no reason), when it is supposed to be what they have to do. Unfortunately it is the only place open. Lousy

Fantastic option in Cancun airport. After a week of mediocre food at our resort, this was a really good meal! Great drinks, and tasty food! Service was super fast and attentive! Typical airport pricing, I didn’t find it expensive, portions are generous.

Horrible! The prices are sky-high even to airports! The attendant said me that I could pay in US Dollars and he will give me the change in US Dollars. Guess what: for a small dose of coffee they were charging USD 3,20, I gave a 5 Dollar bill and the attendant gave me back 1 Dollar, saying he do not have coins. Run away from this place!
