We ordered 16 empanadas through Uber Eats. They sent whatever flavors they wanted. There were a lot of flavors missing from the gourmet and more expensive empanadas. First and last time we will order. I don't recommend them

HORRIBLE, the ugliest empanadas I've tried in all of Cancun. Raw, dry dough. The meat seemed spoiled, we didn't like it very well. It's unfortunate that they sell something like this.

Today we went to buy and the guy at the super rude box told us that they don't have service for up to 2 hours and I asked him why and he answered very arrogantly that they have been fumigating since yesterday and I still asked him at what time approx and he tells me I already told you that in 2 more hours you did not understand or how rude the fat little eye and he made his faces at me

We arrived at the place at 12:15, since they announce that they open at that time.A very friendly and unhelpful guy told us that there was no service for up to an hour. Without explanation.The lousy attention.

The dough is not very good and the stews do not have much flavor, acceptable but there are better ones.
This is not a sit down place but a pick up and go. The prices was good for what you get. We got a dozen of different kinds of carne for 420 pesos.The empanadas were ok. A couple of the flavors gave me an aluminum aftertaste so I assume some ingredients came from a can. I believe these are also baked and not fried. I personally prefer friend empanadas.Ultimately, I wouldn’t return but am glad I tried it.

The empanadas are delicious but I don't understand how they stay open when they don't have food to order. I came in to order around 230 and they had 1 choice of certain empanadas and no salads. Very odd to me.
