For me and my family it was an excellent experience, from the arrival, the service recommendations, food, dessert and the coffee to close.

The place needs a refresh. It seems like it stayed in time. The food is still very good. The risotto with mushrooms is truly spectacular and the Alfredo pasta is nine. The tiramisu is not good: it is not made with the traditional cookie; It seems like they make it with boxed bread. We did not like it. Very friendly waiter service. I will be back.

Had a fabulous Italian dinner on the water at Limoncello. Amazing service with two waiters covering our table and always waiting nearby. Will definitely be back next time we visit Cancun.
Food was disappointing for the price. Their service was excellent.

This place was a huge disappointment, as an Italian I felt insulted. We decided to go because the reviews were good but the food was just terrible. The focaccia they serve to start was good right out of the oven. The Caesar salad they make in your table was decent, but my daughter order the raviolis filled with shrimp and they were not raviolis, they were dumplings, not even good dumplings and the gnocchi were grainy and the sauce tasted terrible. We couldn’t even finish our food. I have to say though the service was great, but that’s about it. The place was completely empty no wonder why.

Good food, but very little quantity making the dishes very expensive.
The bribe/tip is also exaggerated.

Excellent restaurant, I loved it in all aspects, food, atmosphere and the excellent service of the waiters. It has a very nice view. I would attend again if I return to Cancun...

The place and the service were very good, the food was very bad, we ordered some ravioli that looked like shoe soles because of how hard they were and some gnocchi that were more potato pancakes than gnocchi.
