WARNING SCAM! Bad experience. Although the music was very good and the place was beautiful, the waiters did not speak English for a hotel and tourist place. Also the mojitos were way too sweet and the margarita pizza with way too many tomatoes! Finally when we ask for the bill they tell us that there is no paper bill and normally we had to pay 600 pesos and we paid 1008 pesos! We still don't know why because we haven't had any invoice details. in the obligation to pay we realized that we were scammed!

Great place to hang out and hear the best of music. Amazing service and personalized attention. Definitely one of my favorite places in Cancún. The view towards the lagoon is amazing. Highly recommended.

I wanted this place to be great, however it failed very short. Being in the hotel zone you would assume that they would cater to English speaking tourists. However of the 9 servers there was a major english barrier which made ordering simple drinks very challenging.While the atmosphere and the DJ were great, the drinks were very over priced, overly sweet, and missed the mark completely. You are better off just coming for one drink (a beer - something that can't be screwed up) and enjoying the music and view.

Not a great experience. 2 stars given - 1 for the atmosphere and 1 for the music. This rooftop bar is a stunning location however the drinks were awful. Mojitos were made with liquid syrup that tasted like asprateme and were so sweet they were undrinkable. After ordering multiple drinks we found the bartender added liquid syrup to all of them. It was gross. Additionally the staff spoke barely any English which made a greater challenge for ordering drinks and getting them right. None of our orders were correct. When it came to getting the bill, we were shocked at the exorbednat price for such sub par service and drinks. Then we were told it was cash only. This should have been stated from the beginning. Of course after pushing, the credit card machine appeared and it was working afterall, despite them saying they didn't have one and it was broken. Not a good experience unfortunately. Would not come back.
