Vico’s Grill Kosher Cancún

1. Horrible food. 2. There is a smell of mold. 3. The price is very very expensive. 4. The menu is very limited. We received 5 dry bread. 6. Charge us both from Meam and Tiff to Egypt. 7. Do not waste your money and do not enter this restaurant.

Very very small menu....25 from the menu there is none. There is a hamburger and another steak for 250 dollars. And a few more dishes at a crazy price. The meat of a hamburger is very dry and inedible. Soup was hot water with dye. The food is not tasty.

We traveled in Cancun for a week and a half. We ate at almost all the restaurants on the last day we ate at Vicos, the food was spoiled, we returned home, my daughter went to the hospital with a very bad stomach ache.

We ordered food for Shabbat. It was the worst Shabbat meal we’ve had (and we’ve been traveling a lot around the world!).
The white rice was not cooked enough, the other rice should haven been cooked longer so basically nobody could eat from them.
The Moroccan fish was everything except for Moroccan fish!!!
The smashed potatoes had no taste
And the humous was watery
We’ve spent so much money to have food for the entire Shabat
At the end I had 2ppl with diarrhea
One that vomited and myself with a terrible stomachache
I’m sorry but this was the worst kosher experience with 4ppl feeling unwell and for sure the priciest as well(soooooooo expensive and for nothing!!). I’ve txted the restaurant and they didn’t reply. Unacceptable! Will for sure remember this horrible Shabat meal with ppl feeling unwell after barely eating your food

Amazing kosher dinner option! We had an amazing time! Our waiters Fernando and flako were fast and helpful! The portions were large and delicious!!!!! Fun vibe! Especially for a birthday !!

The restaurant is lovely, the food was all delicious and presented beautifully, and the staff was all so kind and attentive. Thank you Raul! Bonus: they were open on a Saturday night on a late Shabbat!

I have never seen such a bad place with disgusting food.... these people invest a lot of money in advertising and not in the food. Our friends had a wedding with them and the food was suitable for animals. I was ashamed for the couple that got married.

Very nice ambiance and kosher right in hotel zone! Chill outside and beautiful inside seating. Empanadas, chicken tenders and fries made great treat, and they've got steaks!

All I can say is wow!!! The price of the food, the timing the food was delivered to our table, the exceptional service, the atmosphere and the helpful waiters- Raul, fer and flako!!
Every single dish we ordered was really delicious!

Bad place here, go somewhere else !! We were there a few times and always wait too long for the food. When delivery, food is missing and then we stay hungry anyway and ohhh the kitchen is closed!
