We got completely ripped off. The price on site was expensive but not as much as when we looked at our expenses back home. 28$ for 2 drip coffees and a small water bottle.

Great sandwich and good bagel. But water is over priced. Worse, they see your US visa and apply inflated exchange rather than charge you in pesetas - so you pay inflated price and they use dishonest exchange practices to rip you off.

Impressive food and service for an airport restaurant! Mango mojito was fabulous and I enjoyed my chicken Caesar salad. The pepperoni pizza and calamari was also delicious! This was the last stop before departing back home with our family group of 10. We received the best service we’ve had on our whole vacation from Gabriel. He was incredibly attentive and kind.

Horrible. Had fries and a bottle of beer. $26. Avoid this. Having said that, there is nothing in the Cancun airport that is reasonably price. Check out the price of a bottle of water at one of the shops. Wow.

WORST SERVICE EVER !!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and do not ever eat at this location in Cancun International Airport. 3 orders and all of them wrong. When 2 members of my party confronted Paloma (supervisor) she was very uncooperative, walking away & not returning receipt. Only when I confronted Paloma did the order was re-made & it was wrong again. Asked for a manager and Efrain Leon S. (cashier) was also uncooperative & would not let us speak with the manager. I was finally given a re-print of my original receipt, not the original. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION !!!!!!!

We stopped here for breakfast, both my husband and I had ham and cheese omelette. They asked if we wanted tomatos and avocado. The omelette was dry and tasteless, coffee weak. It’s expensive, and They also charge you extra for those tomatoes, avocado and milk. Very disappointing experience
