I recently had the misfortune of dining at Zamá Restaurant, and let me tell you, it was not the tropical paradise I was hoping for. The food was mediocre at best, and the service was lackluster. But the real kicker? My wife suffered a severe fall while holding our baby, resulting in a painful injury to her tailbone and back. She was unable to sit down for days, and the incident left her traumatized. This not only ruined our vacation but also caused significant physical and emotional distress.

Beautiful romantic place to enjoy a fantastic meal. Service was great. Definitely try the short ribs. They were amazing and fall of the bone tender.

Modern Mexican cuisine on the property at Villa del Palmar Cancun. Interesting options that are close to native Mexican Yucatán and Quintana Roo inspired… made a bit less spicy for those who are new to this cuisine. But the habanero salsas will give you the kick you need should you be into spicy like me.

This is very decent place to go for either lunch or dinner. Everything looks fresh and has good taste. I really liked desserts that they were offering. I am not big fan of sugar but I tried everyone from menu and they all were great. Stuff is very professional and quick. The only thing is I would like to see the menu a little larger if I come back here next time

I think this was the best of the restaurants here. Not a meal we criticized. At the hotel, we tried all of the restaurants & 2 were hit or miss, but the others were solid. We even had a seaside birthday dinner from the steakhouse, that I don't think was as uniformly awesome as Zamá.
