Crónicas Taproom in Holbox is a gem of a restaurant, known for its fun and attentive staff who also work at the Clandestino coffee shop. The food stands out, with highlights including the roasted carrot and harissa dip, cheese sticks, and sourdough pizza crust. The drink selection is impressive, offering a variety of beers on tap and unique cocktails like the mezcalita. Although there was a slight mishap with a burnt pizza, the staff quickly apologized and provided a new one for free. The service, led by Bryan and Charlize, was excellent, making it a dinner to remember. The Josie red cab would have paired perfectly with the pizza and whipped feta/spicy honey dish. Overall, it was an amazing dining experience, and a return visit is highly recommended.
