My family and I visited Holbox and wanted to experience a real local seafood restaurant. We got some recommendations but decided to go to La Barracuda. Oh my goodness! We loved it! I got the octopus fried ceviche and it was the best ceviche I’ve ever had. Great service from our waiter Victor. 100% recommended!
Heard so many good things about this spot!! My friend got a big old life changing plate of calamar al ajillo (would rate a 5), the other got another massive plate of the calamar frito (would rate a 4 - a bit chewy but she really liked it and would get again) and after so much seafood I really just fancied a pasta arrabiata (was tasty enough but nothing special, however it did taste like it had chipotle chiles in which was a really nice interesting flavour, probably give it a 3...
It is an excellent place, very good food, I recommend the stuffed barracuda, ufff, a highly recommended delicacy, the drink is very delicious, the service is very slow, but everything is very delicious.
