Maiztro is an excellent taco restaurant on Holbox with a pleasant setting and friendly service. The birria consommé is a must-try for its incredible flavor. Tacos with various meats or vegetables, guacamole, and margaritas are all highly recommended. The staff is lovely and accommodating, making the experience even more enjoyable.
