Food was good. I’ll give them that. So it lifted to two stars. On a busy road so traffic right next to you if you’re out side. Not a real big deal. The problem was waiter took my daughter’s coconut shrimp to the table next to us. 4 of us are eating and the waiter checks to see how we are doing? We let him know she was still waiting. Blank face then it was like a light bulb went on in his eyes. Her turned to the neighboring table. Told the lady who was working on the shrimp, he gave her the wrong thing. He walked into the building. Then walked back out 20 seconds later and put it in front of my daughter. Some shrimp obviously missing. We questioned him. He swore on his life it was a different plate. Stared at it then picked it back up and walked into the restaurant. 1 min later he returned with the same plate, food rearranged and once again gave it to my daughter. Totally unacceptable. Poor ethics. Be careful.

Incredibly delicious and authentic food away from the tourist traps near the beach. Prices are also extremely fair compared to the rest of the price levels on the island. We will definitely come back.

I loved this place! The best food I ate on my trip to Mexico. The enchilada...incredible and at a very affordable price. They had fans, so the temperature was very good. We were able to park at the door. Without a doubt, I would repeat again.

After reading great reviews, we determined to give this place a try. Service began well. My wife and I ordered -- she the chicken enchiladas (suisa) and I the "Island Fish." First, my wife's plate was brought almost 10 min before mine. Then, who knew that they make enchiladas with flour tortillas here?!? (Enchiladas are traditionally made with corn tortillas -- an easy and common 'go to' for my gluten intolerant wife.)My wife cannot eat gluten, and enchiladas with flour tortillas is a bit strange. We called our server and explained, and her response was, "Well, you should have told me you wanted corn tortillas." That was all. No 'I'm sorry that happened,' no 'let me see if we can make that right,' nothing. My fish was good, but my appetite was off after the negative experiences. Also, one menu has no prices. 1) Make sure you take the full responsibility for clarifying what kind of tortillas you need; 2) make sure you ask the price of everything -- those flour tortilla enchiladas cost more than my fish dish!

Had been here in the past, and it was much better than now…01/24… the food was really disappointing, rice was completely cold and the 5 shrimp’s had no taste at all…compared to what we had known in the past things have changed same for the service and the prices are to high for such bad quality …will not go back… adios amigo… ps: not very clean table either…
