HORRIBLE. There were flies and bugs everywhere trying to eat our food. The food was horrid it tasted like absolute garbage. Sand were keep getting in my shoes, people are keep interrupting our conversation by advertising to us. One thing we know is that we will never be coming back here. And playing music while there is already music blasting on the speakers? That's the stupidest thing ever.

Yesterday, Saturday, April 27, 2024, I visited this restaurant at approximately 5.45 pm, we sat at a table at the end, the man who served me told me that I had to pay in cash, I said ok, then he came on 3 occasions to ask me if I was going to order something to eat, I didn't like his harassing attitude, next to me there was another table and I saw that they charged him with a card, I realized that he lied to me, that's why we didn't eat anything at all, when I asked him for the bill he told me that in The bill came with the tip (tip) I paid the bill and his tip and he told me in a bad way and very rude that if I came back one day and came to drink that that's what the bar was for, that the tables were for eating, I visited this restaurant to eat but with their attitude I changed my mind and gave myself the opportunity to go somewhere else where they treat me with respect and courtesy, another thing, I am of the opinion that the tips have to be earned with a decent attitude, no one is going to ask for charity, on the contrary we are going to leave our money, and at the same time we promote the premises, Attention to the person in charge or the owner, with rude attitudes without education and with despotism clients will lose and the reputation will go lower and lower, we will never return.

Our waiter Mario was unnecessary rude when me and my wife ordered some refreshments over $200+ seafood that he was trying to push on us. Then he brings bill right away without me asking - like pushing us out, and said something that sounded rude in spanish when i said i don’t have a cash and he had to go grab a machine. Then he had an audacity to automatically add a 20% tip for just because he works there and we had a privilege to sit by his table. There are plenty of restaurants in Isla de Mujares to go where you’ll be welcomed, don’t waste your time here just because it’s first one getting off the dock.

The food is very delicious, the service is good, they have live music which is also very good. The only thing I would say about this place is that when paying the waiter emphasizes that what you can tip is 16 or 20% of your total consumption, my bill was 1061 and the waiter told me " His total is 1061 plus a good tip would be like 1361 more or less" and I told him that I was going to pay with a card and he asked me how much I was going to leave him as a tip so that he could charge it at once, that is quite inconvenient and annoying .
