great service, and the food was amazing!! they have a minimum spend per person but it’s easy to cover the cost as each menu already costs the minimum spend and it’s worth the price!

I spent a lovely day here, waiting for the sunset. Just as the sun was setting the server decided to come over and ask me to pay again for the bed that I had already paid for. Confused I told him I already paid? And he pulled some trick on me saying that I didn’t pay and that I needed to pay again. This entire process made me miss the sunset, ruined the entire vibe and also they ripped me off. On top of that the manager was in on it and said that she had seen him “return my money” to me on the camera. It was a blatant lie and a scam. When I asked to see the footage she then told me that she didn’t have access to it all of a sudden. I never had a bad experience at any beach bar except this one. This completely ruined my evening as they became aggressive. I would watch out, they are scammers. Especially if they see you drinking throughout the day, they assume you’re an easy target. There are plenty of other amazing beach clubs.

A good place to be at the northern end, for the rent of two lounge chairs and an umbrella it was $450.00 and they let us use them until we wanted, however there was a minimum consumption to stay, the beverage service is efficient, the beers are in about $70.00, cocktails over $130. 00, the food is really nothing extraordinary, for the price they could have better preparation in their dishes, the staff is friendly in their service, however they spend their time attracting customers on the beach and block the view of the sea in front of the lounge chairs ? The bathrooms are unisex and are not clean, many people use them since they also rent them to people who pass by, however they are not attentive to the cleanliness, apart from the rest a good place to relax.

We were here several times because we really liked it. However, on our last visit we had a female employee who behaved quite inappropriately and misbehaved. She started an argument about the tip, stood in front of us with a defiant look on her face and demanded more. I still decide how much tip I pay. But the fact that someone is building up and discussing things like that in front of you is, in my opinion, completely wrong.Regardless of this lady, our previous waitresses, Yovanny and Fabian, were extremely friendly and attentive. Unfortunately the waiters change every day, which we found very unfortunate.The food was good. However, overpriced. Two loungers with umbrellas cost 450 pesos. There is also a minimum consumption of 300 pesos per person. The location is a dream, but you can pay well for it.

I thought I was in the wrong movie when the female waiter asked for more tips. She stood there with her hand outstretched and a stroppy face because my tip wasn't enough for her. We were there 4 days in a row and spent more than enough money there. Simply outrageous. Food was good.

It was the first time I visited Isla Mujeres and I would return to this restaurant again the hammocks good service with the waiter named Luis very attentive, friendly and helpful the food and drinks were very delicious I also recommend

Not very nice And kind staff. They usually ignoring you. Speaking to them And they even dont look to you... Need just TIPS And nothing to do And than are annoy because od small tip. Giving 1 Star more just for the beautiful beach And sea.

The Service was amazing, our server was super attentive. We ordered the chicken nachos without the black beans, the chicken had the perfect seasoning. I ordered the Rum Punch and it tasted very good. I will definitely visit this place again.
