Incredible value. Fish was so fresh it melted in my mouth. Tacos were loaded with so much meat they fall off. You don’t be overpaying like other places on the island. Authentic vibes.

Service was good but extremely slow and unresponsive (need to ask several times for basic stuff like extra sauce or silverware (that were not even on the table)

They are lucky to be in the middle of the touristic spots

Incredibly friendly people. They were SO GOOD with our 2 year old.

Food was amazing. I had to order another round of tacos even though I was full because I wasn’t done with the great flavours.

A small restaurant that deserves to be more highlighted

I don't often leave negative reviews... The price is certainly convenient, but the lack of quality in the raw materials is noticeable: we started off well, with the owner (I presume) who made us sit at the table we preferred and had a friendly chat with us . Then my dish arrived, enchiladas verdes: the chicken in some places, although cooked, had gone bad because it had a grayish color! Unfortunately I didn't notice it immediately because it was all covered in sauce, so I only unwrapped it halfway, leaving it on the plate. Stomach pain, cramps and trips to the bathroom arrived an hour later and still continue, although we have been in Mexico for more than two weeks and we had already had our first stomach problems.

I can't comprehend the positive reviews at all. The quesadilla I ordered was so bland and disgusting that I had to stop eating because it made me feel sick. Adding insult to injury, after giving a tip, I was given back a completely wrong amount and the staff tried to play dumb, hoping I wouldn't notice. Terrible and utterly tasteless restaurant. While the prices may be cheaper than elsewhere, it's not worth it flavor-wise at all.

They lowered the quality a lot, I won't set foot there again and in all my visits to the island I couldn't miss a meal in this place, it's a shame, the service is also terrible and unpleasant....

Wonderful restaurant with great Mexican food. I came here 3 days in a row and had fish filet Yucatan. Felt good after the at the beach. The space is beautiful and full of plants. Loncheria Poc Chuc is owned and run by a friendly Mexican family. Prices are reasonable for the island as well.
