Everything so fresh made and tasty. We went there 4 times. The place is so beautiful to relax.
we had a great time. the people were really nice and the food was super fresh. we could see them preparing the food on the spot which was also really nice. we had the smoothie bowl and the banana pancakes. the portions were good!
Nice breakfast in a nicely decorated shady space, secluded from golf carts and scooters, through the small door and down the hallway… Updated from previous review on 2025-03-08
Delicious food - we had 2 different tacos on specials. Amazing cold brew coffee too. Staff were lovely and the garden setting was great. Couldn't ask for more :)
Update from today: I had two slices of bread, one with avocado e the second with cashew cream hummus. Both delicious. Text from earlier this week: It is a very cute and peaceful place. I had the chickpea crepe with vegetables and coffee. Loved it. Updated from previous review on 2025-02-21
Beautiful food, tranquil setting away from the busy streets, and run by possibly the two happiest people in the world. A real highlight!
The espresso banana peanut butter smoothie was amazing. Must have. Great crepes as well. Calming ambiance, an antidote to the touristy Calle Hidalgo.
The owner puts so much love into the food, and it truly shows! The ambiance, service, and warm hospitality make this place feel special. Highly recommend it for a heartfelt and memorable dining experience. Can’t wait to visit again! 🌟
Great service, rustic outside space. Food made from scratch. Amazing.
Delicious ice cream! The coconut chocolate chip was amazing. Fair prices for the quality of the food.

They keep the air conditioning on and the doors open. Regardless of the damage it causes. Unfortunately, it is a widespread practice in Yucatán and Quintana Roo.
I hope the recommendations on Google reach the owners so they can make a change.
Small place but worth it for the price and big sectional of ice cream.

I love going to El Meraki! They offer fresh, healthy plant-based and vegan food and smoothies that are both delicious and nutritious. A personal favorite of mine is the freshly baked sourdough bread with a variety of toppings; it’s always a treat! I also recommend trying their chickpea crêpes - they are absolutely delightful. The owner, Andrea, and her team are wonderful, always providing great vibes and a warm welcome. El Meraki isn’t just a café; it’s a community space offering dances, workshops, and markets, making it a unique and vibrant place to visit. Whether you are there for the food or the community events, El Meraki is a gem worth visiting!
Divine little gem of a restaurant tucked away in Centro. I highly recommend the smoothies and smoothie bowls. The juices are delicious! The atmosphere is so relaxing. It’s like being in a spa. The owner is amazing. The staff and service are outstanding.
Great little ice cream shop offering various flavors and drinks. Excellent service would recommend if you're visiting the island and need something sweet and cold
