WOWWW! The food here is absolutely incredible, and every experience was one that we talked about for a long time after. There are two ways to make a reservation, group or private. We've had several group dinners at Lolo Lorena in the past, and each was unique in that you get to enjoy the incredible food while sitting with people you've never met before. That may sound stressful, but in fact is absolutely wonderful! A few days ago we enjoyed our first private dinner with Lolo and it was mind blowing! The food was incredible as always, and the quiet serene experience of having the entire place to ourselves was something we will never forget. We could not recommend this place more highly. Go with a big group of friends and family, go to meet a bunch of new friends, or keep the whole place to yourselves - no matter which choice you make, you will love this restaurant!

We had a great dinner experience at LoLo’s. The staff were very friendly and the food was great. Bringing our own beverages was great too. We shared and heard some very cool stories from LoLo and her staff.

It takes some doing to find LoLo Lorena and to get a reservation (hint: facebook page), and then to find the place itself, but it is worth the effort. For $70 usd, we had 8 courses of amazing and inventive food, ( one of our favorites was "just a carrot" like no carrot we have had before.) Lorena came and joined us - there were about 15 of us total - you eat at communal tables - after we had finished. It was a 3 hour gourmet evening and we loved every moment!!!!

The chef's tasting of unique dishes that combine French haute cuisine with local ingredients and flavors is not to be missed. Each dish is beautifully presented. The service is perfect. The ambiance is lovely--locals and visitors together around the tables in a lush garden setting. What an amazing dining opportunity on Isla Mujeres!

A French table d'hote at the heart of Isla Mujeres, the dishes are surprising and creative, combining fresh local ingredients like lobster and scallops with tropical touches like maracuyá and mango, or international ones like yuzu and saffron... The 9 courses dinner was a feast for the eyes and the palate. Don't miss out on the signature "just carrot and peas" dish - you'll never see vegetables the same way after that! Lolo and her team bring excellent service and entertaining conversation, making for a memorable time on this amazing Island :)
Not what we expected. Came away hungry. Dishes were prepared well but ordered room service when we got back to hotel. Might be a bad sign when you have bug spray on the tables. If you are allergic to dogs and cats, not your scene. Had much better luck at our other choices on the Island.

We were lucky enough to visit Lolo Lorena for the second time in early November. What a wonderful treat! Visiting Lolo is like stepping into another world. She creates an intimate atmosphere as you dine in the courtyard. Dinner with Lolo is an opportunity to slow down and really get to know your hostess and the other guests in a truly personal way. The meal was exquisite, each course was an event in itself. And Lolo was able to accommodate my husbands gluten and dairy allergies on the spot. If we get the chance, we will visit Lolo again.

Lolo’s dinners are a must do every time we come to Isla. Every dish is amazing. Every course is fabulous and better than the last. The food is not only delicious, but beautiful as well. You will not be disappointed! BYOB. It is a dining experience like no other on the island!

The most wonderful, delicious tasting menu dinner. Lolo really makes you feel welcome. She has a beautiful garden in the back, and brings travelers and locals together for a gourmet meal unlike we’ve ever had! Highly recommend for a truly unique dining experience. Don’t forget - it’s BYOB.
