Like we say in Mexico it has the 3 B’s Bueno, Bonito, Barato. Good, Pretty, Cheap!! If you come to the island you must take one and go an eat it in the malecon watching the ocean! ????

Superbly COMFORTABLE “Villa” in adorable Boutique Hotel. Apartment (#3) had every possible amenity, including generously sized kitchen, large refrigerator, etc. Swimming pool with tropical garden only steps away; gloriously refreshing to swim and cool off in Caribbean heat. GREAT location 5-10 min South of downtown; avoids tourist chaos in private enclave-like environment. Dept store “Chedraui” supermarket only 5-10 min farther down island. (Landlord can have your pre-paid Golf Cart waiting for you when you arrive; provides instant accessibility to the whole island from the minute you arrive at Isla Retreats.)

Price-product ratio is good.
The pizzas are usually very white (soft) if you like them crispy, let us know when placing your order.
The garlic bread is also delicious ?

We took a little get away, from our vacation home business, in Cozumel, to see the whale sharks and some R&R. We were very impressed and please with Isla Retreats!! Quiet, safe, clean and all the amenities were thought of! It's in a great, central location and the grounds are absolutely gorgeous! Right across the street from the ocean, plenty of taxis come by and tiendas and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Katy!

We enjoyed our stay in unit 5. Central to everything. The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed. Nice touch with a couple bottles of wine. It was very clean.and the staff very nice. The pool area was lovely. Katy was very helpful from the start with any information we needed. We were able to park our car in the lot next door. We would definitely return to this property. Enjoyed great meals at Auroa Cucina, feugo de mar and mango cafe. Great stay.

My friend and I needed a girls trip and we chose to stay here and what a GREAT decision that was!! Everything was perfect, perfect, perfect! Katy was so helpful and friendly. Her place is gorgeous and so comfortable. The location is fabulous and I honestly could go on and on as to what a wonderful stay we had. If your looking for a place in Isla THIS.IS.IT!!!!!!

Would not stay anywhere else on the island. It’s an oasis, a peaceful retreat away from the chaos and noise of the north end. Immaculate and well manicured property and villas! Staff are so attentive and engaging. The host is very hospitable and personable.

Stayed 3 nights in April- very clean property and very gracious hosts! Loved the location and the layout of the house/pool Met the owners- super nice team. Great parking for car. Would def. go back.

The best of the island

We were greeted by the charming host Katy and immediately felt at home. The Villas we rented were beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. She welcomes us with a bottle of wine , which was delightful!! The beds and linens were very nice and comfortable!! Wed love to stay again when we visit beautiful Isla Mujeres!! Also, anything you need, she is so helpful as she had our golf cart the minute we arrived!!! Thanks Katy!!

First time staying at Isla Retreats, 10th time visiting Isla. The room was so comfortable, super comfortable bed! Shower was great included shampoos/conditioner/soap, we even had a snippet of a ivy plant on our shower shelf!! Great attention to detail, kitchen fully stocked, Katy had 2 bottles of wine waiting for us in the room. The booklet of island information was helpful, learned new things. Our maids were wonderful and we tipped generously at every cleaning, they deserved it!! The patio and pool area was so nice, lots of room, and got to know other guests! Thank you to Katy for arranging our golf cart! Can’t wait to come back again, telling all our traveling Isla friends about these villas! Thank you so much for welcoming us to your retreat!! We returned in February to our favorite chill spot on the island of women. The resort was busier than in October but just as wonderful. Our first time friends and we shared Villas 1 & 2 enjoying the nicely heated salt water pool and great 80-83 degree weather. Katy, the manager, arranged a cart to be waiting for us and a marvelous mezcal and tequila tasting experience later in our 9 night stay. We are always taken well care of and return home renewed after staying at Isla Retreats. The resort caters only to adults, unless you rent all six villas. The owners were very thoughtful in designing the villas for comfort, convenience, and support. Couldn't recommend this place any higher!!

I’d give this 6 stars if I could! Amazing rooms and the most up to date accommodations. We will return. Simply put, we enjoyed the pool, the view of the water the walk to restaurants and the friendly guests we met! Can’t thank the staff enough for making this vacation one to remember!

Great local fare! The crust of the pizza was very nicely done and crispy. The bread sticks were nice and the chicken bake is a delicious calzone. It’s a great pick-up option at the end of the day.
