A very nice seafood restaurant. Starts with a free small cup of soup and tortilla chips and salsa. A good selection of drinks. I had the roasted octopus in Mayan spices. Very tasty and a beautiful presentation .
My husband, 2 yr. old and I went here on a Tuesday afternoon. It was very family friendly and the view and aesthetic was just perfect. We started with the curry mango mixed ceviche that was delicious and a generous portion size, and shared the red snapper FOTD (a little over-cooked but still fresh and delicious with the house sauce). We ordered a kids meal and some drinks as well. Staff was friendly and courteously worked as a team. Our bill was ~$100 after tip. We would love to come here again!
Beautiful and fun location! Alvaro and Esteban took great care of us! Food was delicious too! They even had options for vegans although not much! My husband said the fish was fresh and the best he had during our two week stay in the area.
Awesome experience as always! The service is amazing - Alicia and Carmen were awesome. Felt right at home and the food was excellent.
This place was amazing! Fresh fish and oysters on top of excellent service. It was my daughter's birthday and they went above and beyond to make us feel sepa cual. Súper cozy and relaxed spot but still feels top quality. Hope to come back soon! Alvaro and Alberto know how to make a guest feel welcomed ❤️
My husband and I used to love this restaurant. As it is up the beach from our condo, we would go several times during our stay here. Notice I said we "used to love it." We decided to go to dinner during our recent visit and we were so disappointed and will not be going back. We started with the cricket guacamole which was fine. Then we ordered pizza which was half one kind and half another. The pizza was taking a while to cook and we noticed the wood-fired oven wasn't on, which we found to be curious. Then we saw them taking out a box and they put the pizza in it, then they took it out and served it to us. Immediately you could tell it wasn't cooked. My husband picked up a piece and it was stone cold. They, of course, apologized and offered to remake it. We said no thanks and got our bill (which they didn't even take it off of). We also noticed that in the past--under the previous owner and management--the restaurant would be packed--and the food was amazing--and there were barely any people in it when we were there. It was a huge disappointment and sadly, we will not be going back there again.
We booked our anniversary dinner at another restaurant and they lost power. We were literally in the dark and our awesome Uber driver recommended Puerto Santo as an alternative. We were met at the front and was seated immediately. Carlo was amazing! He was very attentive and offered wonderful wine suggestions. We ordered fresh guacamole, shrimp tostada and tuna ceviche as starters. Yes, we were very hungry. Our main was the fish of the day the snook which was seasoned and stuffed with vegetables. Then wrapped in foil and grilled to perfection! The fish was moist and seasoned perfectly. It was the best meal we have had in Cancun! Carlo and the staff even wished us a happy anniversary and presented us with a delicious piece of chocolate cake with a sparkler. You cannot go wrong at Puerto Santo if you want an attentive staff delicious seafood and an ocean view!
This place is absolutely fire! The seafood is FRESH! Cocktails are on point! And If you like lagers I highly recommend trying Tulum. Aside from the food and drinks the service was great. Super attentive and informative. Shout out to Alicia y Geovanna!
Muy bien! Our experience was amazing. We are on our honeymoon and decided to come here because our hotel is nearby. The customer service is the thing that was absolutely incredible. The food was also a 10 out of 10!!! Paty & Kaleed were our waiters and were SO helpful and kind. They treated us well and gave us a little treat for our honeymoon. :) Juan, Pablo, and Alberto, also assisted with our dishes, and we’re absolutely incredible. We got the chance to watch the sunset and were with great people and great food. Great experience!!
My husband and me were here for our honeymoon, Paty and Diego where simply amazing, the food recommendations, theirselves and their service. Everything so neat and polite, the view is awesome! Definitely a place you MUST go if you visit Cancun.

The sunsets are very nice to view from your table. The service was good but limited options on the menu. High priced for what you get.
Great atmosphere, great food, and great drinks! Staff very friendly. Tacos Baja with shrimp were excellent!
Excellent traditional sea food right at the beach. Beautiful view of Isla mujeres. For dinner plan to arrive 2 hrs before sunset, then enjoy the view and ambiance. Best beach restaurant in CANCUN.
Nice restaurant and bar, right by the water. Good food, waiters were attentive. Great service from Rene, Alberto and the whole crew.
