The service here is amazing. There are many servers flying around making sure everything is perfect. You will never wait for another drink or for more freshly grated parmesan. Pasta is homemade and very delicate. It's very different from thick mass produced pasta. We had two dinners here and we have gone to the Rolandi's in Cozumel 5 or 6 times and we have never been disappointed.

Pizza is good did not care for mozzarella sticks. They were dry and no flavor.
Remember this is not us and when you ask for more tea they charge you again.

Pizza from the brick oven is on point. Other dining options not as good. Fish was fishy... It shouldn't be. Location is optimal. Shout out to the staff.... Made the experience stand out.

Very good food. The facilities are quite deteriorated. The ladies bathroom leaves a lot to be desired.

I have been dining at Rolandis for 10 years. Their portions are now smaller than ever and their prices have increased ridiculously. Not going back ever again. So sad. It used to be one of my favorite restaurants on the island.

A beautiful looking restaurant, however the food was disappointing. A friend of mine recommended the pizzas here, so we ordered a Margherita pizza and two margaritas. The pizza didn't taste any different than something frozen you'd heat up yourself in the oven. The margaritas were good.

We travel to the island often, and we find ourselves loving this restaurant so much that we go night after night! It’s hard to top a Texas filet, but they have their own great flavors of beef steaks that are soo good! Gypsy steak, Caesar salad, and THAT BREAD! Wow. The service is amazing. They all work well as a team and the quality of service is second to none! Always a must when we are here! Thank you Rolandi’s.
