The only thing worse than the service is the food. The staff there seem to be inconvenienced by your presence (especially the greeter for breakfast who takes you to your table).The breakfast buffet is poor, but it's probably the best food in the hotel. The other food is almost inedible at times.We had all inclusive. We still decided to eat outside of the hotel afterwards - this restaurant is that bad.

We are an all inclusive guests at the privilege aluxes and got kicked out of this restaurant after we got served pork when we specifically said we don't eat pork at the entrance to the restaurant and to the waiter.Worst experience

If you're going to stay at privilege aluxes and wondering weather you should book the all inclusive packages please don't it's really not worth it and the customer service is terrible.Book any other all-inclusive hotel in cancun or playa and you'll get your money worth and a much better experienceLook at this meal Lol

We have the all-inclusive package. We are still trying to decide if it's worth the money. We had breakfast at the buffet, which is nice enough. We had ala carte for lunch,which was good. Dinner we had at the Sabor. The steak was tiny and so thin. It was not cooked properly. We asked for medium and received a rare cooked steak.

Terrible service, we entered the restaurant and the captain very kindly asked us if we were guests of the hotel and told us to go to the reception area so that they could give us price information to be able to access and when we went to the reception a lady stopped us like security guard type and informed us that we did not have the right to consume food because we were not guests of the hotel, we informed him that the captain was the one who directed us to reception and she flatly said no, so we proceeded to leave because she would not let us We arrived at the reception, when we were leaving, he called us almost on the street and he still had the ideal question (Not to say rude things), "Were you going to have breakfast? I was part of the all inclusive and I would say the Wednesday night Brazilian dinner was decent. Lists of choice. But ala cart meals were terrible. The steak I orders was the thinnest greyest piece of what leather I have ever seen. I sent that back and went out to a local restaurant I paid for. The beach club food wasn’t much

Sabor as part of Privilege Aluxes in Isla Mujeres is a fantastic restaurant. If you can afford the all-inclusive, do it. You will not regret it.
