We went there as a family, they made us very welcome, they did everything possible to understand us because we do not speak Spanish but French and English.As for the food, we had 2 chickens, it was a treat!!! “This is a little mom and pop corner eatery. They make the food right there. I have only had the ribs/costillas, but I have had them three times. Very inexpressible. No frills. Open air. 3-4 tables. Really more of a take out place. The ribs do not look like the picture or ribs that we eat in the US. They are from that general area of the pig and they taste great. I have not tried their sauce.

“We discovered this restaurant first day - after arriving to Playa del Carmen. It was coincidence - we did not know the city so explored street parallel up of 5th avenue and searched ambient place for dinner. Went there every day - to the end of our holiday. Food is very taste, restaurant is not expensive. Staff are very friendly.“
