Los precios y calidad de los platillos son buenos, el servicio del equipo en el restaurante fue excelente siempre atentos y preguntando si los alimentos estaban bien. Si lo recomiendo y volveria a visitarlos.
The waiter offered us water or sparkling water and we were shocked when we saw the amount on the bill. Water is more expensive than a glass of wine. And there is no value on the menu.
This type of procedure is not good for the restaurant. We feel cheated.

The food is good in general without reaching Excellent, nothing to remember.
The waiter's service was just fine.
But they sent us to the terrace at 8 at night (the time of the mosquitoes), with 6 empty tables inside, which were never filled, not one, NOT ONE!!!. Worst. When dessert arrived they invited us to come in!!!! I will not return, it is not necessary for you to come here. And if you are in the hotel, it is better to go out, I was lazy and that's why I had dinner here, but you better go out!!! The 3 stars is mainly for the food, which was not bad.

This was an amazing experience from start to finish. The service was perfect and the food was incredible. The drinks were delicious. Best Caesar salad I've had in years, the pasta dishes were big portions and fantastic. We ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and now we know why it's what they're known for. It's hard to describe how amazing it was, you just have to order it. We also got the tortellini and the sauce was so fresh and the whole dish was perfect. We aren't seafood fans so we can't speak to any of that but my guess is it's also done incredibly well. 5 stars, wish we could go back over and over again!
The El Presidente I think needs to up the ante here. First, it's a great location on the beach, nice design etc. Our Salmon was too dry and the sides were lackluster. Asparagus and mashers. Of course it was pricey, which I expected. But really quite average. Some confusion with desert and its availability . But otherwise it was quiet and on the beach front.
Very clean and nice decor. My wife enjoyed her fish of the day but said it wasn't any better than many other lower-rent restaurants. I had the Chicken Parm and it was terrible. The chicken was about 1/8" thick and it was drowned in some overbearing yellow cheese. The pasta it was served with looked 'old' and was tasteless. I couldn't eat it and told them it wasn't good - that got a shrug and we were charged full price. We tried to get in to the restaurant a few days earlier, without a reservation. The lady at the desk walked right past us and spoke to a Mexican couple behind us. So rude. She didn't even acknowledge that we were there. In the end we walked out. Cozumel has a TON of restaurants that serve better food
very good place

We dined here twice had four dishes and found the food quite good service excellent. Don't listen to these one star complainers here this is a mid-price Italian restaurant of good quality. I recommend the arugula salad the rigatoni and the fresh fish. The only quibble found was the tomato sauce on the rigatoni was a little salty.

Very lovely customer service. Sadly the food did not meet the service. High prices you expect a certain quality. I really was rooting for them. The chicken Parmesan was so flat and tough it was like cardboard. The sauce was unfortunately tasteless. The Alfredo sauce was watery and tasteless as well, the noodles were well cooked. The bread was delicious. The wine was fantastic. The waiter a gem. I make Alfredo at home and have been to Italy three times. The sauce should be thick and cling lovingly to the pasta. The ambiance was great. Just need to tighten up the food quality to match the service.
Enjoyed the minestrone soup and Caesar salad and crab ravioli in a beautiful setting. Reservations needed, but not hard to schedule. Friendly staff

Excellent Italian restaurant... Really reminds us of Rome…. A meal including a bottle of wine $130...worth it
Best restaurant at the El presidente. Borge the Fettuccine Alfredo and the lasagna are phenomenal, Great wine list and atmosphere. Servers are awesome.
They forgot my entree! And they had the nerve to ask what was wrong as my husband and son had entrees and I had nothing. Would not recommend this restaurant to my fellow travelers.
Too expensive for the quality of food they serve. The service was okay. Ambiance was great but wouldn’t return for the food
Pretty average Italian food at very premium prices. Not bad exactly, just lacking in the magic that usually comes with simple Italian fare. There are several excellent italian places a short drive away in Cozumel town that are literally half the price and serve better food.Service was good but felt very by the book, not particularly personal.
