“Our stay started off a bit rocky since our family is vegan and it was challenging to find good options. However from the moment we told the staff about our challenges they went out of their way to give us the most delicious food and the best experience. They prepared special 3 course vegan meals just for us and everything was so good. They even made sure to have kid friendly options and vegan deserts. They were always so friendly and not once let us feel like it was any trouble at all. This is by farrrr the best service at any hotel I've been at. “We were doubtful because of some bad comments I read, but the truth is that the experience we had was excellent. Upon arrival we were given the option to visit the buffet before sitting down to see the menu options, we liked what we saw and decided to stay. Everything looks impeccable. We arrived at 6:00pm and were the first to try everything. The food has very good seasoning, the dish options are good and we loved the taco area. The tacos were delicious, the meat juicy and very soft. The staff was excellent, they attended to us super quickly and were always attentive to our needs. Nobody told us the dishes we had. The place is very nice, it has air conditioning and is very pleasant to look at. Impeccable bathrooms. We really enjoyed dining at this place, we would return without thinking about it.“
