It was very quiet, there were some people but we didn't wait that long, we tried to go days before but that day there was a promotion and there was a huge line, it is not recommended to go on those days :)
I like Carls because they have a veggie option ? and it is located in the beautiful little plaza in Cozumel in front of the ferry so it is a good option if you are arriving or leaving and you don't have time to walk or look for local food, the only bad thing is that when We went there was no water due to a leak in the kitchen so the bathroom and sink did not have service

The food is excellent as always, but the place is somewhat dirty and neglected for the short time it has been open, perhaps we arrived at a bad time but the tables were dirty even though the place was almost empty, from then on All very well.
