We were at your restaurant. We felt disappointed because they treated us like tourists, even though my Mexican friend was with us. They gave him a different menu with a different selection and lower prices. All other customers received another local menu. Also, the bartender showed a very dismissive attitude when I told him that the cocktail did not contain alcohol. They changed the cocktail, but the waiter's face was very dissatisfied. They also got mixed up with our plates. In general, we were very dissatisfied with the derogatory treatment towards foreigners, even though we are residents of the country.

The experience was great from start to finish! I highly recommend it for the place, the atmosphere, the cuisine, the delicate attention of the servers and the mariachis. Everything was perfect. THANKS!

Delicious food very beautifully presented, very nicely landscaped and decorated gardens, including a children's play structure.

Awesome place to go. We've been there a few times and always great. It's a little pricey, but you don't go on vacation to save money!

Pros: Beautiful gardens and there is live music
Cons: Basically a tourist trap. One server to take your drink order, another brings it, a third asks if you want an appetizer, which we did but never received. Ordered the Mexican Combination plate (400 pesos) and a third server brought our food. My food was room temperature at best and when, yet another member of the staff came by I told him it was cold (English and Spanish). His just responded with "OK" and took the plate. After that the only interaction with anyone working there was to bring us our bill. At the end of the day it's a restaurant and especially at these prices the food should at least be hot. Really disappointed.

Casa Mission was recommended by a local in Cozumel. Really nice restaurant and garden area. We had the shrimp cocktail, paradise salad, tortilla soup, lime soup and fish Veracruz (mahi). Everything was really good, like real flavor, nothing over salted. Staff was very friendly as well. Would come back again.
