wonderful place to get authentic empanadas. fair prices, and absolutely delicious! if you’re a tourist do yourself a favor and learn a few of the basics as this place does not speak english— the waiter will ask you: para llevar - to go; para aquí - for here. i recommend you get it there, enjoy the delicious salsas that accompany these fresh empanadas and be merry! the price is very fair for the fresh and delicious food you get

Excellent food and experience! My wife and I enjoyed everything we ordered (6 empanadas between the two of us) and the atmosphere was charming. Went great with some mexican coca colas. I especially enjoyed the pastor empanada with pork and pineapple. The empanadas were 35 pesos($2 USD) a piece - excellent value for the portion size. Don't forget to get some icecream from next door! It was amazing - we both had coconut flavor. We also met the owner who was extremely nice and called a cab for us as we were visiting and did not have cell service. I recommend venturing out of the touristy part of town to experience this gem!

An absolute gem! So glad we stumbled across this place, we are fortunate enough to be staying on the opposite side of the block and saw the menu, we had to try it out! We were not disappointed, from the service to the location to the food itself - all absolutely superb. You have to make the effort to eat here, the Ceasar salad isn’t traditional but it’s incredible! We tried 7 empanadas and each of them was delicious!A MUST TRY!

Excellent freshly prepared food; great selection. Every empanada is artfully wrapped. The garden is a very pleasant dining spot. The final word is the service; the family atmosphere there is the best.
