CocoTiki Beach Club

It was a mixed bag. Service was very slow. Food was great but then we had some crazy drunk ladies trying to get attention from everyone and it killed the atmosphere. It was cute/funny-their scream singing for the first 3 songs then it got sad and annoying. It was made worse when they were being egged on by the waiters who stopped all service to stare at the ladies. It's more of a family vibe (mid day) not a spring break vibe. There was no avoiding the ladies or their display given that it's a narrow corridor from the restaurant/bar to the pool/beach. I was glad it was time to leave. With all the choices I would rather pick Playa Mia.

Dirty. Tours will trap you into going here. Uniper is one of the tours that takes you here on a “beach break”. Don’t fall for it. Royal Caribbean refunded me my cost but it was a waste of time.

Would not recommend this place to others. Food and drinks were overpriced and the service was severely lacking!!

Parking: They had cars blocking each other on the street. Not sure if it was a group of people together but I remember thinking to myself, "damn they need a parking lot"!

I do not recommend this place. Your taxi driver will recommend it but don’t do it. It’s a small beach and not worth it. Not enough chairs for all the people that tries to come in. Be there very early for chairs. The beach is not pretty with clear blue water as you would expect. Towels are for sale. The drinks are water down and I didn’t even get a buzz. And at the end watch out for the over charging. Our waiter swiped my CC again with out saying a word and gave him self a tip after we gave him cash!! I been all over Cozumel and this is not the spot. I’m just telling the truth.

DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE. Unless you want to get SCAMMED and be charged extra fees not authorized. We tipped the waiter (EDWIN)cash and still had the nerve to add a tip to our card.
The 58$ are currently being disputed and is what the waiter decided to tip himself

Theres trash all around and the sea weed smell is very strong.
The food was ok but Do not get the all inclusive with food, you get a different menu with few choices from the regular menu.

Great time during this cruise stop. Took a taxi that included entrance to facility. Enjoyed snorkeling and their food was delicious. We ordered the mixed ceviche!

Not impressed. I visited while on a tour excursion from my cruise. It's not what I expected from a "beach break" but I guess it was literally a break at the beach. It's a confined, small area of the beach. It has wooden lounge chairs and chaise lounges. I did not purchase any food. After I got off the excursion bus and walked through the club to the beach, I wish I had left with the others on the tour who did not want to stay.

The VDD is that the service is very good, the waiters are very friendly, but the prices for food and drinks are excessive and the portions are not proportional and it is not delicious.

Overpriced, but it’s vacation so you have to live a little! Waiter, Erick, gave himself twice the tip I authorized (which was already high) and tried to blame it on taxes and bank fees on my end. I think I was able to get the charge reversed, but only time will tell. Shady, shady business. They prey on tourists and hope they don’t notice the difference between pesos and USD. Menu prices are in USD and credit cards are ran in pesos, even though all the portable terminals I’ve used in Mexico and South America can charge in either currency.

I ordered 2 chicken Tacos which came with 3 each .I had to ask for cheese and sour cream ..All theTACOS tasted horrible .Chichen had no flavor .My kids refused to get them .
