Terrible, they took a while to serve you and they don't set the prices well, be careful with the menu because they charge you in dollars, not pesos. They sell the michelada prepared and beer separately and it is not stated on the menu. It said michelada 45 pesos and they charged me 7.5 dollars, only the preparation costs 2.5 and the beer 4 dollars and that is never mentioned.

Unpleasant Experience,bad customer service and discrimination.
I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant, and I will never return. We arrived ready to enjoy a leisurely meal, but the waiter’s appalling attitude ruined our evening. While he fawned over the white patrons at other tables, he deliberately ignored us. Despite our attempts to get his attention, he never returned to our table. Even when it came time to pay, he made us wait and then snatched my credit card, disdainfully asking if I intended to pay in pesos. It’s unbelievable that such places still discriminate based on skin color and language proficiency. We had an awful time there, and they really need to improve their customer service because everyone’s money matters.

We visited this location while on vacation. The atmosphere is great and the music is good. The food serving size for nachos is large. The servers are nice and work hard to get everyone served and seated.

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Horrible customer service. Waited over an hour and the staff refused to serve our table. Each waiter who passed by stated we weren't their assigned table. Ask to speak with a manager. He didn't provide assistance. We were visiting the port while on a Carival cruise. Very disappointed as a visiting tourist.

Lovely service! Delicious drinks and food! And the amazing server noticed I left my fan and came to find me shopping in the area just to give it to me. 10/10 and the chairs are comfortable!

Prices somehow, magically, seem to inflate from the advertised price to the billed price. They try to confuse you by advertising and billing in a mix of pesos and USD. Then they try to avoid giving you a bill or give you some jumbled set of papers that don’t match up.Be very careful of what is charged here, insist on a paper bill, compare it to the menu, and pay in pesos if possible.

The yards are good and the drinks too. But the service leaves a lot to be desired. The food is good, the nachos are plentiful. The location is the best, very close to the pier and in front of the main square. So it is an ideal place to eat while waiting for the ferry. The service can improve a lot.
