Muy mala experiencia, hoy fuí a comprar un esquite grande que cuesta $55 MXN pero no me los vendieron porque según no tenían cambio de un billete de $100 y se negaron. Entonces les dije que pagaba con tarjeta porque tenían una pegatina de CLIP, la empres de cobros y me dijo la chica que solo su jefe lo aceptaba y como adicional una señora que compro 2 esquites y los estaba preparando me dijo que no me perdía de nada enfurecidamente porque estaban bien fríos y que ella le comentó a la chica que atendía que no le pusiera tanta agua y ni caso le hicieron, por eso quise escribir este comentario para que echen ojo a la gente que ponen a cargo de la atención al cliente ya que es lo más importante.

Very bad experience, today I went to buy a large esquite that costs $55 MXN but they didn't sell it to me because they didn't have change for a $100 bill and they refused. So I told them that I was paying by card because they had a CLIP sticker, the collection company and the girl told me that only her boss accepted it and as an additional bonus, a lady who bought 2 esquites and was preparing them told me that I was not missing anything infuriated because they were very cold and that she told the girl who was serving them not to put so much water in it and they didn't pay any attention to her, that's why I wanted to write this comment so that they keep an eye on the people who are in charge of customer service and What is the most important.

I have been to Cozumel four times now and of all the restaurants i have tried, this is my favorite place to return to. This is a family owned and operated restaurant and makes some incredible food. The pastor is excellent and all the food we have tried was fresh and very tasty. Carlos the owner and chef takes pride in the food they make and takes time to speak with customers.

Excellent service, affordable and good quality products, the place is very clean and has air conditioning.
