This place is very good but it's just starting and that's very noticeable, I came to eat here at about 3 pm, and the place was empty, but it's also notorious that the building they are in was recently built, but there's a lot of stuff (stone, concrete and earth) messed up on their land, possibly for the same reason. and the service is extremely friendly and warm, but their afternoon menu (at least that day) had almost no variety. They almost only had a menu with a single type of soup on offer, and a single type of main course with one or two options for dessert. Plus, the taste of the food is too good, the soup that day was a very creamy and delicious cream of mushroom, honestly I don't like mushrooms very much but this cream was sensational! The main course was a generous portion of “Flutas”, that is fried corn, rolled up with meat inside, and with avocado on top. Great and delicious too. And dessert was a dish similar to “French bread”. The price of the food is quite normal considering the food and the place. The breakfast menu they showed me has a lot more variety, which tells me it's better to come eat at that time rather than in the afternoon. The chef, who is also the owner, is a young man who is very passionate about cooking and this is evident, his place has good decoration, very friendly and attentive waiters but it is evidently an incomplete place.I sincerely wish they could complete their place and have more people and cooking equipment because I don't doubt the potential of this place to be one of the best on the island for Mexican food and Mexican breakfast.

2nd visit to Guajillos and it has proven to be a delicious choice. Can’t wait to have family and friends on the island to bring them here. Next visit will be at dinner time.

Our server went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and even though we were here at a non-peak time, the atmosphere was great!The pollo mole special was the best mole I have ever had, and the enchiladas my partner had were just as good. They were very accommodating to her being vegetarian.Everyone was extremely friendly, and the food was out of this world. Next time I find myself in Cozumel, this will definitely be a stop I make again!

These guys are amazing! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Our server, Mariano, was awesome and super friendly! I am vegetarian so he helped me pick out something on the menu that I could eat. I've never had better enchiladas I'm my life! Chef Samuel is extremely talented! They are on 85 avienda Sur Bis across from the Taqueria Martin.

Everything we ordered was delicious. They have food of the day, but we ordered off the menu. The tea and other drinks were delicious. The enchilada suissa was perfect. We will definitely be going back.

Excellent service, clean cute atmosphere with air conditioned indoor or covered outdoor seating (we got rain during the meal so that was a nice save). Food was excellent! They do daily specials so menu changes daily. Go with their recommendations and you will be very happy and satisfied. Local prices, not hiked up for tourists. Excellent salsas! We ate with family who is from Michoacán and he loved the food also. Just GO!

Amazing food, service, and atmosphere. Staying at a resort in Cozomel and wanted to head into town for some local food. Our server went above and beyond to make our visit wonderful. Way better than our resort food hands down without question. A must for your visit.
