Went here with my family years ago on a family vacation when we got off a cruise ship we were on. We also went snorkeling in the lovely waters of Cozumel. Honestly, I don't remember much about this place other than it left a good feeling and memory with me. So, it can't be that bad. :)
We didn't eat here, just stopped in to get a HRC PIN. They were out?. My wife was super sad. We settled for a bottle opener. The restaurant was completely empty of customers other than us.

Staff and service lovely, but disappointingly no draught beer on both visits in a week.
Happy hour 2 for 1 was great, but at full price value would be poor.
