I love Hooters. Yet the quality in the US is suffering. When I stepped onto Hooters Cozumel years ago, I had no idea it would be my favorite, and I am there every time I am on the island.

Hooters Cozumel was chosen by my sister-in-law for her birthday, which was a pretty funny choice. We went during lunch when nobody else was in the restaurant, and it was the Hooters experience you expect. Food ambience was as expected, the server made a small mistake with my food but it could have been due to my poor Spanish yet she remedied it immediately, the servers all sang happy birthday to the birthday girl, and the major highlight was all of the TV's playing sports!
