We come here everytime we are in cozumel and absolutely love it. They're so friendly and courteous. Great food and drinks!

Beach is really beautiful but area to swim or go into water is somewhat small. Different activities to do. Kids had fun and enjoyed it!

There is so much to do here, you could spend endless hours on the activities they provide! The food was delicious and came out timely. The place you could swim freely was a bit small and crowded but what can you do. Great experience!

Phenomenal excursion! This was actually not our first choice, as we missed our scheduled excursion (our fault). This was one of the only options left in the price range we wanted, and we absolutely had no regrets. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted by Fredy, and he promised to take excellent care of us, and that he did! Our drinks were never empty, and no matter where we were- beach, poolside, or just walking around, he always found us to bring us our drinks!! Lunch was fabulous as well. We did not snorkel, as that is not the package we bought, but had we wanted to, it was only $15 per person for all the gear and a guided tour. They also have zip lines, jet ski rentals for $55/pp, and paddle boards for rent as well. The water was perfect, yes slightly rocky in some places, but other parts were all sand. Worst beach in Cozumel. If you come with a cruise then I would def cancel this excursion. There are not enough chairs number one then they don’t have any what so ever activity’s they lied!!! There already sold out before you get to the beach. Now the beach is so tiny and looks like so small with all the people in the beach area. Beware beware beware!!! I would 100 percent avoid this place. Next the drinks are in a clear water 4 oz cup that takes 1 second to drink down there afraid to give you any drink at all. It takes so long to get a little cup it takes forever. I would rather pay for my drinks and get them in a regular cup.

We loved this experience. We felt safe and you could tell safety was their priority while still making sure you got an awesome experience. I felt like I knew what to expect every step of the way because our guide Efra was so informative. Lunch was great. It was the best fish tacos I have ever had anywhere. We enjoyed spending time at beach club and the unlimited drinks included.

Very disappointed we paid for the pictures package and never received our pictures. My daughters and I visited 5/25/24 .

I would not recommend this place!! We went a week ago and we have $1000.00 stolen from our group. The servers were nice but definitely trying to occupy your time so they could steal your money! Please go somewhere else!

We did the zip line excursion with Carnival and purchased two photos. We only received one of our photos, along with photos of other people. We have emailed the provided email and have not heard back for over a week. I would really like to get the other photo that was purchased.

They have thieves working for them!! 2 people from our group got massages and had cash stolen from their bags!! Aside from the massage it was good. Alex & Bryant were amazing workers at the bar!! The food was phenomenal!! The water was beautiful!! The guys taking pictures did a great job! Just DON’T take cash unless you want it stolen!!

Before noon the pool is already full of people, they pressure you from 3 o'clock and they close at 4:30, not at 5:00 pm as it appears on Google, the entire sand has ants, they tell you that you can sit in anywhere because it is included in what you pay ($200 Mexican pesos) but when you sit under one of the many umbrellas that they randomly place, they arrive and tell you that the umbrella costs $75 dollars, not pesos, they charge you in dollars and If you don't want it, they will take it away from you, which seems very rude, to begin with they shouldn't put them in all the free space if they are going to charge for them, it looks bad and makes you embarrassed, we were here on April 29, 2024, of the The food is good, right next to it is the Bucannos club, I recommend it more, the menu is more diverse and the food is very delicious, the beach is familiar and quiet, you can snorkel.

Pool Waiter was very Rude,Zip lining was great and Victor and his Crew were awesome but paid for picture package to be emailed and never received them..Isacc and Johan were the ones that helped me but i felt like i got scammed..So be careful when getting picture package you will not receive them..I should had waited to get my pictures first and then pay.Overall will not return island beach club.
