Fue una experiencia muy agradable, la atencion, todo super limpio, la playa increible, tal vez pondria mas variedad en el menu y quitaria el pescado basa (es el unico que manejan) todo lo demas perfecto!

2 noches suficientes !! un hotel que necesita remodelación urgente El aire de la habitación parecía matraca a todas horas, no dormimos , la comida terrible Tardan 1 hora en llevártela y si quieres bufete es terrible la poca variedad q hay , las bebidas son en su mayoría pésimas , el único restaurante con aire y no servían Moscos por todos lados En fin no volvemos Lastima de playa , que es muy linda

Un lugar tranquilo, la comida es rica, el servicio al cliente es profesional y amable, la habitación con vista al mar es hermosa y es un lugar limpio. Hay actividades dinámicas como snorkel o kayak y también un lugar para los más peques. El servicio del señor German, Paulino, Elmer, Emanuelle y la señora Marta fueron excepcionales, esperamos volver pronto!

Increíble atención del personal de restaurante y servicio de habitación, muy cuidado el hotel, relación costo beneficio coherente, el precio vale la pena, pienso volver el año que entra , me enamore de Cozumel , en CDMX la vida es muy agitada , un pedacito de cielo en la tierra

Las camas muy cómodas, el cuarto muy a gusto, es la segunda vez que vengo a este hotel y regrese con mi familia porque la atención por parte de todo el personal es muy buena y todo muy a gusto, la cercanía de las.cosas también es bastante buena, excelente hotel

The food! I loved every bite - from the bread, the bruschetta and then the Linguine alla Pescatore! The friendly service was amazing, ambience was great - nothing bad to say about this place. True pride resonates through the restaurant and its food! Don’t miss out!!Very tasty dinner. We started off with two soups (minestrone and stracciatella) and the caprese alla veranda appetizers. All yummy. I had the dinner sampler that consisted of veal & chicken limone with alfredo cream sauced linguine. It was satisfying and filling. My friend had the 3 cheese veggie pizza. Very generous, with pizza to take out. We topped off the evening with different variations of gelato. A great dinner. Yes we will be backFinally we can get back to the different neighbourhoods in which we like to dine. The atmosphere here is both “comfy” classy and welcoming. The service is excellent with a team approach that is very efficient and attentive. When we saw the prices of the salads we expected that they would be quite small. To our surprise both the Caesar and Mixed greens were very generous portions. Each had a delicious dressing and nicely dressed. Chicken with the Gorgonzola sauce with mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes was so flavourful!! A very rich dish but definitely worth it once in awhile. The Linguine alla Pescatore absolutely delicious with ample portions of seafood with a flavourful sauce. It’s a popular spot so reservations are recommended. We will definitely be back.
