Pancho's Backyard Puerta Maya offers a great atmosphere and is conveniently located near the cruise port. It's a tourist trap within Carnival's shopping mall in Cozumel. The food is generally fine, with tamales being a highlight. Service can be slow, so plan accordingly. Both this location and the downtown area have nice shopping areas attached to the restaurant.
