We have visited Pancho’s for over 20 years. Every time we visit Cozumel we make sure to stop by and have a frozen Margarita and a dish and sit and enjoy the music and view of the Cruise Port. When we visit we always ask for our favorite waiter Marco. He remembers us every time and welcomes us back. We are so looking forward to our next visit. It is a must stop
For us every time we cruise to Mexico ??

Below average service and food. Perhaps expected at a cruise ship terminal

My wife and I have cruised Carnival 14 times stoping in Cozumel each time. This past criuse we stopped twice since Costa Maya was closed due to weather. It is very relaxing sitting under the beach umbrellas eating chips and Pico with endless margaritas at your beck and call, waiting for the ship's horn to call you from bliss. Plus the other food is also very good if you have time inbetween the margaritas though.

Too pricey for the small portion, long wait for food. Staff nice, order beef nachos wasn't good, will not come back.

Tourist trap restaurant right by the docks. Food was pretty meh, but you can't beat the location. We were tucked away and forgotten about. It took a while to get our order in, our food, and our check, so plan accordingly!

Went into Cozumel and try the local food. Pacho's had fairly good ratings so we decided to walk a few blocks for lunch. The atmosphere was authentically Mexican with open air seating only feet from one of the large cruise ship piers.Service was slow and the menu more limited than expected. We had chicken quesadillas. Although a large portion, the food seemed bland and hastily assembled. It came with beans and chips and warm when delivered. The price of one quesadilla was $22.5 (us).It was fine, but after all, what can I expect out of a town designed for the tourist trade.

I've been to the Pancho's in downtown area. Much further from cruise port. I actually like the atmosphere of this location better and it's very close to cruise port. They both have a nice shopping area attached to the restaurant.

Ordered beef fajitas and chicken enchiladas. Utterly disgusting and only ate 1 bite of each. Paid my bill and left. Will NEVER return!!!!!

Great atmosphere, if you're the type of tourist that really enjoys being around other tourists. Which sometimes I am! So that's not necessarily bad. It's fun to see people have fun. Definitely a tourist trap, being within Carnival's little shopping mall of town at the pier in Cozumel, but the food was fine. More than 20 USD a plate fine? Debatable, but vacation is vacation.I gotta say, I really did like the tamales.

Sadly, we went to this restaurant 23 years ago on our honeymoon and it was amazing. This time it was very overpriced and the food was mediocre. We were also 1 of 2 tables with people in restaurant. I'm not sure if it's due to COVID or construction but we will not return on our next visit to Cozumel.
