An excellent pizza from a couple who have put their blood, sweat, passion and tears into a pizza business.The pizza is well made with quality 00 flour. It has an excellent pliability and bite in the mouth.With a 900F-plus oven, the pizza is toasting well with a nice, quality crust throughout.I really hope these two fine people find a new owner to pass their restaurant on to before the beginning of May.Thanks for giving it your all!!!!
Staying in Cozumel and didn’t feel like dining out. Messaged Pizzeria la Bota and they replied within seconds. Ordered our pizzas - they arrived within 30 minutes and were soooo good. The crust is light and airy. Toppings plentiful. Definitely recommend!
The super friendly environment. We ordered the El Jefe pizza and it was delicious! We will definitely return.
