I made a reservation and just because 1 wasn't there, they gave the table to another family, making us wait another hour on top of the initial wait.

Excellent service, attention and unbeatable food. If you visit Grand Park Royal Holiday Cozumel, do not hesitate to dine at the restaurant. Very important; Don't forget to make your reservation to enter the restaurant. With it you enter at the same time even when there are more guests asking to come in for dinner.

We loved this place, the food was delicious and had a good variety. The service was fast and as always everyone was very friendly, it has a salad and dessert bar (there were 3 different options and all very delicious).

Italians would be ashamed to see the food served.Techniques and menu descriptions are completely wrong. Food is not well executed and lack of care for the traditional Italian food is shown when dishes are served.Risotto was undercooked and not creamy AT ALL, lacking flavor and consistency.Ossobuco has NO marrow, just meat around a big bone.Carbonara with 0 flavor and literally no bacon or pancetta.Tomato sauce from all dishes was flavorless and liquid, it just would not stick to the pasta.Carpaccio had an extreme amount of balsamic, overpowering every thing else in the dish.Tomato cream soup came split, as if the kitchen does not know how to apply proper cooking techniques.I understand the circumstances of being in an All Inclusive hotel, since I also work as a Chef.What needs to be done is use same ingredients BUT apply the right cooking methods to each dish to make them appealing and more traditional.Overall : bad food with a nice environment and a very charismatic and fun server Manuel

This place does not represent Italian food, everything was not seasoned, stale or cold. It really made me wonder if there was salt in the kitchen. Cold meatballs with no seasoning at all, probably was frozen. ministroni soup with undercooked beans and Spaghetti (??), carpaccio too much balsamic and it was chewy, ravioli was very hard, not undercooked but there was so much flour in the dough that made it hard, and last the ossobuco risotto, first we can’t call it a risotto, it was a pile of overcooked, dry and unseasoned rice. The meat was tender but flavourless. Anyways, don’t recommend the food….

Good food, the wine is not good, it really tastes like water with alcohol. We ordered rosé and red, they tasted the same. The bread... Most of it is good. I think they missed the dessert with Gelato, something more Italian but they played it safe.He wears a sweater because they only know one temperature for the air and it is from a meat freezer. Several times I asked them to turn it down or turn it off. We left very cold and the heat stroke felt very strong.
