We ordered the chili burrito and smoked fillet burger. Both ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ loved the flavors and cheese. The milkshake was phenomenal and the tiramisu was a delight. Highly recommend this place.

Everything from the drinks to appetizers to entree to dessert was delicious, fresh, and a great value. The staff was friendly and bilingual so if you don’t speak Spanish it’s ok. They accept Apple Pay and other tap to pay services along with traditional payment methods.

I went here several times over a week and tried a lot of the menu. You'll find lots of creative proteins, generous portions, and food served at the perfect temperature. The enchiladas and the burritos in particular were amazing. There is limited seating, and only two people working, so service may be slow on a busy night.

This feels less Mexican to me than vegan barrio, but I prefer the quality and quantity of food. More expensive, but larger quantities. It works better for the amount of food I eat. This place is truly a gem. It's nice to see that there are truly fantastic vegan options in Cozumel in 2025.

We had the cheese sticks, the burrito, the quinoa salad and the oreo milkshake. Everything was incredible.

Wonderful meal and service at Sol de Maple! Wish we'd had time for another visit before leaving the island. Everything was delicious and fresh, and a nice break from heavier dishes. We had the nachos and jalapeno bites, and the chickpea omelette and the smoked burrito. And the PINEAPPLE CAKE. So so good, and so many other dishes I'd love to try. Would definitely go here again on another visit to Cozumel.

Food was amazing- we had the cheese sticks, enchiladas and tacos and all were amazing. Definitely recommend this place! Very nice staff too!

Amazing vegan dishes - my wife and I ate here twice during our stay in Cozumel - loads of great vegan dishes - burgers, enchiladas, tacos- the quinoa salad is a must - amazing! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

We spent a week in Cozamel and visited Sol de Maple multiple times. We had six different dishes, and each one was absolutely delicious. It's easily the best vegan restaurant on the island! Thank you, Jonathan, for the warm and welcoming experience and amazing meals!

Best food in Cozumel!! This little spot has absolutely delicious vegan food and we wished we had found it at the beginning of our trip instead of the end. The service was great and the atmosphere calm and modest. We ate at some great places in Cozumel, some were much fancier than others, but this place had the most flavorful food.

The cauliflower texture in the tacos was the best I've tried! The enchiladas were very good too.

The jalapeno bites were definitely the stand out though. Perfectly crispy while still being thick enough to have a good bite.

As a couple of vegan vacationing on Cozumel we're so grateful this place exists!
