Of the few places that were open and with weather, the place gets quite crowded and there is only one bathroom but the view from above is beautiful

This is a great Starbucks, located right on the beach! The service friendly and the drinks made well. We didn't have to wait long. Come for the view! Get your drink and head upstairs to the covered outdoor seating overlooking the water. Note, there is only one, unisex bathroom. Also, this is not accessible, you have to go up steps to get in and out.

Terrible experience at Starbucks, they say that the toilet is out of service because there is no water, when a water supply is essential for the operation of the cafeteria. Bad experience.

Went in May 2023Starbucks is the same as in the States...One day, they scanned my Starbucks app, and then the next time, they said they couldn't, so I'm not sure what was up with thatThey have different food items here than I found back home. They got our order right every time.We sat upstairs, and it was such a view.

Its location is ideal because it is practically in front of the ferry that arrives from Playa del Carmen to Cozumel and people look to cool off with an excellent tasting drink. The young people who serve are friendly and make an effort to speak English, they call you by name if you are a regular customer, it is a good place to be and cool off and in the afternoon to see the sunset in Cozumel.
