The taste of the sushi is very good, I really like it too much but I hardly order or buy there anymore because when I go the service is horrible, they serve you without enthusiasm or these last two times THEY DO NOT SERVE YOU, I had to leave because the staff pretends not to. See you, you ask for things and they don't bring them to you. The person who answers the phone for home delivery seems like he doesn't want to answer you, he is very cold and takes a long time. It's really a shame because the flavor is very good. Change personnel.

It is the best sushi in Cozumel but they should improve their customer service a lot, I always ask for orders to go through it and Mrs. Julieta who answers the phone and WhatsApp should improve a lot how she answers messages and how she serves customers, she is very dry and arrogant, other than he didn't give me the correct change.

I really wanted to like this place and gave it three chances. The food is cold and the service is absolutely terrible. Tonight we ordered vegetarian egg rolls, one would think that they would have vegetables in them but it was a fried egg roll stuffed with rice no vegetables. The service is beyond terrible when we were there there was no one else in the building there were five staff members standing there staring at us we couldn't get our order taken or get anything to drink. The general cleanliness of the restaurant is absolutely terrible. We won't be going back.

My first time there! It's BEST SUSHI I have ever had! Their menu is several pages with the meals in living colors. Nice clean place and friendly staff.

Delicious food, extensive menu, you have to go early for lunch/dinner since sometimes the kitchen is saturated with home delivery orders, but the food is worth it and you can also order and pick up the food yourself, that is one of my favorite options.

Just OK. Not too expensive, pretty laid back waitstaff. Didn't double check our order and we only got 2 of the 3 rolls we had originally wanted. But that was OK because the rolls we got had WAY too much cream cheese. It was like a log of cream cheese with a bit of rice and fish. It left my tummy feeling heavy and unhappy.

The miso soup was good though!

If I went again I would not order any of the rolls with cream cheese.

The sushi is great but the service is VERY slow. 1 hour waiting for our food and there were only two tables. They could improve their customer service too.
