25 minutes and they offer me bread and after 50 minutes without the food arriving, they don't warn you that their service is so slow

The dishes are good like the serrano bagel, the croissant, the Mexican egg and the enfrijoladas. For drinks I liked the chocolate. Good attitude of the waiters but it can improve.

Picked up coffee to go here (espresso over ice, yum!) several times. Staff were somewhat reserved but took care of me every time at the counter. I never ate here and now I wish I did, I browsed all the desserts they had under glass and they looked amazing.

Our hotel staff recommended this place and we tried it: great spot. Ate here twice in two days and loved every bite. The Mocha was heavenly and beautiful; look!

Best place in Cozumel (and in all of Quintana Roo), for a quick coffee and pastry, desert or for a full delicious meal. Everything we tried was amazing, and it became our daily place for breakfast, lunch and dinner

I'm surprised by the great reviews but most locales in this area have inflated tourist reviews. The coffee was fine but the pastries (chocolate cake and apple pie) were mediocre, at best. The chocolate cake was dry and excessively sweet. The service was just bad. I had to go to the counter to order since no one ever came to our table and the person behind the counter literally looked away the entire time I spoke w them, looking annoyed when I tried to confirm that they heard me and were able to help me. It was just weird. So many cute coffee shops with better food, no need to waste time here.

This was always our go to place in Cozumel for breakfast and coffee. The food was always fresh, and still is. The coffee is good and presented beautifully. The service however, has declined dramatically. We noticed the same staff employed as in the years before, but we were practically ignored. Had to get up and ask for coffee, breakfast items etc….and still they had forgotten. This really saddens us so we had to find another coffee place( and we did and it’s TERRIFIC!!). Also worth mentioning, this place is CASH only!Maybe they can improve their service. Until then, we won’t be back.
