Great food and Drinks. Sits on the main drag of Cozumel which is a good place to people watch. Get the peanut/chocolate drink. It's a meal in itself!

Parking: Parking on the street is difficult. There are two parking lots on the same street. One behind the pizza restaurant and the other on the opposite side of the street. Both are cheap and worth the cost.

Kid-friendliness: It's an open air location right on the street.

Wheelchair accessibility: If you can navigate the sidewalks in Cozumel you'll be fine.

Great food, service, atmosphere, the people watching is great if you're into that. The sunset is one you will definitely be getting pictures of! I was on vacation so I didn't care about the price, just ordered what we wanted. There were 3 of us and w food (badass margaritas) and tip we paid $130 US. Not bad in my opinion.

We were seated here then ignored for about 40 minutes. I finally stood up and acted like I was going to leave then someone came and took our order. Food was good . We had decent service then after we had to wait so long.

Had a delicious lunch of fish tacos, chicken tacos, chips & salsa, a pineapple coconut cougarita (which was huge) and cold beers. Service from Ronaldo & Felix was top notch. Great view of the ocean, right on the Malecón.

Food was tasty and freshly cooked. Decent price for food. The receipt states "as always tip is never added to your bill here". We left a tip anyway because we thought the service was nice, however when we were leaving we saw the server open the bill book and sneer at our tip, showing us he expected more. We didnt have to tip at all, so why the attitude?? Found this to be the general theme around Mexico towards Westerners to be honest.

The Cougar isn't for the faint of ear. Tucked on a busy corner, it's a constant battle between the soulful wailing of street musicians and the rhythmic hammering of construction across the street. The charm, however, lies in embracing the chaos.

Inside, this is a place for ice-cold beers and amazing margaritas. The food is good and hits the spot after a long day of diving.

The real star of the show is the staff. They're friendly, quick with a joke, and know their regulars by name. It feels like stepping into a friend's living room, just a bit louder and with a band outside.

If you crave a quiet night out, this ain't it. But if you're looking for a lively atmosphere, good drinks, and a place that feels more like a community than a bar, then this is your corner of peace (well, maybe not peace, but definitely a good time).
