It's a pretty nice little place, the burgers are delicious, the meat super juicy. Prices good for Tulum. It is outdoors, but there are trees and a roof if necessary. They have live music. I came on Friday and the group @buenachaplin IG was playing, good atmosphere.

Terrible experience, disastrous treatment.
The food is too expensive in relation to what they offer, the food portions are very small, the hamburgers come without fries. I understand that Tulum is not a cheap place but there are better options that for less than the price of a hamburger here, you can eat a hamburger that does include fries.
The attitude of the waiters felt elitist and also rushing you to order something else or leave the place.

I do not recommend it if what you are looking for is a cheaper and richer option.

Stumbled across a gem on a Saturday eve. Arrived by chance 20mins before a queue formed out front with a one in one out line which didn’t get smaller as no one wanted to leave!

Sax player followed by bands were brilliant adding to a Mexican quirky crowd & great vibe.
Burgers & food generally were on point along with the service.

Definitely get down here if you can but arrive an hour before the band starts, think around 6pm worked out for us.

When we were going to enter we were finishing eating a marquesita and they didn't let us in until we finished it outside
Inside, the music is loud, the waiters are annoying, you haven't finished your things and they want to pick them up for you.
They were running us out at 9:30pm when according to this it closes at 10pm
